SOMA Hikes - Sonoma Valley Regional Park TAKE 2

Sonoma Valley Regional Park image

January 13, 2018

11:00am – 1:00pm

Location: 13630 Highway 12, Glen Ellen, CA 95442

Directions

A group from SOMA will be exploring our beautiful Sonoma County Parks together over the next year. This time we will revisit Sonoma Valley Regional Park since it is open again after the fires!

Hiking is a great way to meet new people and have fun in community! All are welcome. Invite a friend.

Sonoma Valley Regional Park is in the center of the Sonoma Valley, next to the village of Glen Ellen. The 202-acre park features several miles of trails for hiking and offers the tranquility of a much larger preserve due the quality of habitat and surrounding open space.

Bring a sack lunch or pick up some food on the way to the hike. We will hike and then eat lunch together. This park has tables in the middle of the hike as well.

Come prepared with water and good walking shoes. There is a $7 parking fee at this park so carpool if you don't have a park's pass.

Meet at the park or set up to carpool with a friend.

If you have any questions ask Andrea Blake. Kids are welcome but it is not a stroller friendly hike.

Hike will be canceled if it is raining.
