Women in Community - Brunch & Pizza Dough

Please join the Women of SOMA for a brunch potluck AND pizza dough making party.

A freezer stocked with home-made items, ready to cook, is a blessing on busy weeknights! Making pizza dough for the freezer is a simple way to prep the hardest part of a meal. While we eat and visit together we will also make yeast dough to stock our freezers.

Each dough ball is perfect for a sheet pan pizza with a thick crust or two smaller thin crust pizzas. Cost is about $1 per pizza dough ball and includes cost of flour, yeast, oil, and freezer bag.

Bring some brunch food to share while the mixers do the kneading! We will keep the mixers kneading so everyone can take home a few bags if they want.
