Family Business Meeting
August 2, 2020
5:30pm – 6:30pm
With the pandemic unfolding in early March we were unable to take care of the normal church "business" that historically happens in the early months of the year.
We are finally taking care of business!
On Sunday, July 19th we handed out the proposed budget and emailed a copy to you on Monday, July 20th.
Here are a couple of comments:
- The Pastor-Elders decided that it would be wise to propose a conservative budget in light of the current circumstances related to the pandemic and because of the unknown future related to the pandemic.
- The proposed budget is lower than our 2019 budget and it keys off of our 2019 actuals.
We will also be affirming a new Deacon Candidate.
We will be having our Family Business Meeting on Sunday, August 2nd. This will be a virtual/Zoom meeting at 5:30pm on Sunday evening. We will send you the Zoom information just before the meeting.
