SOMA Gathers - special time

Please join us at a SPECIAL TIME for an outdoor church service on the covered patio at Spring Hills Church. They have some heat lamps but bring hat, gloves and a blanket to stay warm.

The patio allows for families to stay together in beach/camping chairs while remaining 6+ feet away from other families in an outdoor setting. If preferred, the cushioned chairs and tables at Spring Hills will also be available. Come early to plan your seating. We will help with spacing families out as they arrive.

Here is what you can expect:

1. Please bring beach chairs or come early to set up seating using the church's chairs.
2. Since we are outside, masks are only required if you can’t maintain 6’ distance. 
3. We won’t be able to pass offering so please continue to give online or in wood box at the front.
4. Bring your own coffee or water bottles.
5. Children will remain in the care of their family which we know will be difficult for many so here are some ways we want to help:
   • the service will be an hour or less
   • the service will be informal (like at Christmas) so noisy kids/babies are welcome
   • feel free to bring a snack or picnic for kids to enjoy during the service
     COVID has forced everyone to have to “accept” screens and that includes at church! Feel free to let your kid watch/play on a screen during the service. No one will be judging anyone!

We will livestream the service for those who can't join us.
