The Five Solas of the Reformation
On October 31st we will mark the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. This series explores the essential teachings of the Reformers and the core of what it means to be Protestant - found in the following five Latin phrases: Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone), Sola Gratia (grace alone), Sola Fide (faith alone), Solus Christus (Christ alone), and Soli Deo Gloria (glory to God alone).
