Ladies join Jan Wells for a study in Revelation.

Jan Wells will be teaching a new study focusing on the opening of the book of Revelation starting on September 12. The study was initially going to study the letters to the seven churches in Revelation 2 and 3, but these chapters are introduced in the first chapter. It is awesome to think that the Apostle John was brought into the throne room of heaven for the vision revealed to him, and that our Lord Jesus appeared before John (about 60 years after He had ascended to heaven), to bring a message with eternal significance for all believers. Revelation 4 and 5 follow the seven letters, to bring believers to a humbling place of worship, which is why the study focuses on the first five chapters of the revelation. The opening of the book of Revelation challenges believers to obedience to Jesus' teaching and to join with those in heaven worshipping our Lord God and our Savior Jesus, "Holy, holy, holy, Is the LORD God, the Almighty, who was and is and is to come," (Rev. 4:8) and "Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You did create all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created," (Rev. 4:11), AND "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing," (Rev. 5:12 ).

The class will meet in person at Crosspoint Community Church (1577 Guerneville Rd, Santa Rosa) on Mondays either at 9:30-11:30am or 6:30-8:15pm. Attendance can be in person or on Zoom!
