Salt and Light

This past Sunday we looked at Jesus' words in Matthew 5:13-16 - being the salt of the earth and the light of the world.

Because Jesus is the true light that has come into the world (John 1:9) and brought a stop to the decay of sin, he now calls us salt & light - to be these powerful agents in the world. This is our identity as followers of Jesus!

I'm praying that as a church we will live our identity as salt and light into our second decade as a church!
